Perched in a postcard-perfect Pedregal setting, Villa Esperanza blends dramatically into the stunning hillside above the beach. You can lose yourself in those views from the striking infinity-edge pool or jacuzzi with waterfall. Take the steps down past the desert gardens and palms right onto those warm sands where you can bask in the delicious sunshine and enjoy the fresh ocean breezes.

Inside you’ll find an atrium area with tropical plants and desert boulders cleverly integrated into the architecture. Travertine tile, marble and rich furnishings create a mood of muted elegance. Expanses of windows draw the sparkling blues of the ocean inside. Rooms are bright, full of that uniquely warm Baja light. Each suite has a private bath and a balcony terrace. The master suite features a jacuzzi tub and a second suite features an outdoor hot tub on the private terrace.

NOTE: Villa Esperanza can accommodate wedding parties/events of up to 75 guests (sit down) and 100 (standing). One-night additional rental fee + $550 HOA permit (minimum 3-night rental required).
