Located in the Punta Ballena area of Los Cabos, this four-bedroom home features an airy interior with high ceilings, elegant decor, and pocket doors in the living room, dining room and kitchen that open up onto the spacious deck area. Guests who wish for additional privacy will appreciate the fourth bedroom in a separate casita.

Everyone will enjoy the large pool (with a Fastlane unit for fitness swimming), jacuzzi and patio equipped with plenty of lounge chairs and a dining table with seating for eight.

NOTE: Villa Phoenix can accommodate wedding parties/events of up to 16 guests (sit down) and 30 (standing). One-night additional rental fee (minimum 3-night rental required). Punta Ballena Beach Club can also accommodate events; please call or email for rates.

When you stay at Villa Phoenix, you’ll have access to the pool and fitness center of the members-only Beach Club in a beautiful oceanfront setting.
