Overall a Good Stay Julie S. from Boise, ID recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in January, 2013 The Good: Reservation process was very smooth; no issues and handled quickly. Rosa was WONDERFUL answering all our questions in a quick timely manner. Transportation to and from the condo was no problem; drivers were very friendly, particularly the one who picked us up. He was really great. Location and layout of condo are great. Very clean. Loved the welcome food and drinks.The Bad: None of the ceiling fans worked when we got there. All needed new batteries. Then when they were fixed, the spare bedroom remote disappeared and we spent quite a bit of time looking for it. Didn't know that the maintenance man had taken it so we had 2-3 nights without that one. The hot tub never got hot; we asked both the concierge and the maintenance people about it but never got a good answer or got it to work. Getting the damage deposit back was somewhat frustrating, but again Rosa was a great help. However, it shouldn't take an email from me to find out the status and then have to provide my address so the check can be mailed out.Overall a really great stay. Would recommend the condo to someone but it would be nice not to have the small issues. The Most Awesome 4 Days in Cabo! Sherry T. from Tustin, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in October, 2012 The condo at 9C at One Medano Beach was absolutely beautiful. The unit was exceptionally clean and the ocean view was very nice. One Medano Beach is close to everything (no need for a car-you can walk everywhere). The 24 hour on-call concierge was wonderful. He was available everytime we called, which luckily after the first day we didn't have to call him again until we were leaving. There is not anything about this unit I would change. Can't wait to come back. You cannot go wrong at One Medano Beach.
