Located in Briarcliff & sitting high above Lake Travis with miles of Hill Country and Main Lake Travis views, it features a tastefully furnished open floor plan on 1740 sq. ft with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The fully equipped spacious kitchen opens to the dining and living area with fireplace and spectacular views of Lake Travis through the sliding glass doors that open to a covered patio overlooking the Lake.The lake view master suite has king size bed, private bathroom, and a sliding glass door to the covered patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed with lake view and shares a full bath with the third bedroom with a set of twin beds.Scenic Escape is a peaceful and serene haven, where you can enjoy cool summer breezes on the back patio, watch abundant wildlife and gaze at the big Texas night sky full of stars. Be sure to bring some deer corn to feed the deer that show up in the back yard in the evenings.This home is available for families only- no large groups or parties NO EXCEPTIONS

Stayed for 147 days in July, 2012
We found the house as an great option when needing a place for several months while ours was being built. We loved it! It was like being on a "stay-cation" every week. The house is cozy, the views are nice, and the local deer will even become friendly with you over time. Even though our house is now ready to move in to, we plan to come back for a long weened next summer. Thanks to Morgan and the staff.
