Ski to Breckenridge Ski Resort via a woods trail that connects with the resort’s Peaks 9 and 10 (Advance skiers). Or hike the gorgeous Colorado wilderness in the summer and enjoy this home’s location backing to national forest land.

If location is at the top of your checklist, Casa De Alta certainly ticks that box. Multiple families or large groups love this distinctive Breckenridge vacation home for its proximity to both downtown Breckenridge's restaurants and shopping and Breckenridge Ski Resort's epic skiing.

Advanced skiers will get a kick out of accessing the ski resort via the Burro Trail, a skiable access trail that intersects Peak 9-and ski back home from Peak 10 (all black trails), a thrilling way to end the ski day. The trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and, when the snow melts, hiking.

This light, bright home is specifically designed for large family groups-allowing them to gather in great common areas and also retreat to private areas when they need a little space. The home boasts two master bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. The main master includes a king-sized bed a large bathroom. All told, the house sleeps 18.

Two kitchens are great for entertaining, and a game of pool is always in order for the competitive set. Or be content to relax in your own private indoor hot tub (no need to dash back in from the cold outdoor air).

When it’s time to return to civilization, just drive 1.5 miles to Breckenridge's Main Street, or walk .5 miles to the free shuttle stop.
