Upon pulling up to the house you will as if you have truly entered a secluded mountain utopia. The house is immaculate. The deck provides an area where you can truly take in the landscape, spectacular view. No better place to escape and unwind. Fireplace at entrance creates a warm setting. Spacious, master bedroom is huge with an upstairs balcony. There is plenty of room to plan a retreat here at the Range View House. Spectacular views of the Ten Mile Mountain Range make this a beautiful vacation home.
This mountain living experience will immediately be captured by its cozy, country lodge ambiance with large, wrap-around decks. The comfortable, oversized sofa and three lounge chairs in the living room face north through windows offering grand views. The living room has a TV, DVD, Stereo system with CD player, and gas fireplace beneath vaulted ceilings. The modern, fully furnished kitchen with a breakfast nook that seats 8 and door access to deck with gas BBQ grill and hot tub. The formal dining room seats six and is adjacent to the living room.
Downstairs, the comfortable family area is complete with wet bar, game table, pool table, stereo TV, DVD player and a queen sleeper sofa.
Two bedrooms are located upstairs. Very large master bedroom with a king bed and 27 inch TV and balcony with views. There is a trundle with two twin beds in the master bedroom. Ensuite bathroom with separate jetted tub and shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Two additional bedrooms are located in lower level of the house. Third bedroom has two sets of twin bunks that share a full bath with fourth bedroom with two twin beds and great views.
Enjoy this mountain living experience, the private hot tub, two-car garage with racks for ski and boot storage and laundry room. WIFI available. Located about 3.5 miles north of downtown on Peak 7.

RangeView House Patricia D. from Denver, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in January, 2013 Would not recommend this as a place to stay as everything needs updating...all mattresses were unbearably uncomfortable, chairs falling apart, no heat in the basement, hot water in basement shower non existant, stove in kitchen was as old as the house and the dials could not be read, disposal just as ancient and needs replacing. Has a good floorplan for a big group, but this is definatley in the LOW moderate catagory. This is not a good representation of your company. The large on in the upstairs master did not work at all and needs repair. The down stairs shower does not work. Last, the pool table is pretty sad. Stayed for 5 days in February, 2009 The property could have been very nice, but the appliances in the house were in bad condition, and the furniture in the living room was also not user friendly. It's time for some updates! The unit was not spotless, but it was livable. The driveway is steep (which is not realized from the photo), and one must have 4 wheel drive to get up it.
