Views, amenities and style make Rachel Lane a perfect mountain escape in any season. Constructed in 2004, this home is decorated in sophisticated mountain motif. Vaulted ceilings rise above a stone gas fireplace in the comfortably furnished living room.
Overlooking the living room is a large galley kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and all the amenities of home. Flanking the kitchen is a breakfast bar with three stools that create a natural separation between the living room and kitchen. The cozy dining alcove has a large pine table with seating for 8.
Off the living room is a door leading to the outdoor deck where you can relax and take in the views of the Ten Mile Range, or a picturesque Colorado sunset.
On the lower level is the outdoor hot tub accessible through the family room.
The lower family room has a large 52 inch LCD TV with a home theatre system. There is also a Foosball table and smaller fully equipped kitchen on this level for a separate gathering place from the rest of the house.
The large master bedroom on the top floor has its own private deck with more spectacular views. A three sided gas fireplace separates the main bedroom from the glorious master bath with Jacuzzi tub, stand alone shower and double sinks.
Bedroom 2 and 3 each have queen beds, and the third room has a log captains bunk set.

The kitchen is fully equipped for making meals for multiple families and if you run out of space there is a second kitchen downstairs! The master bedroom is gorgeous! The only issue is hot water. I am not sure if it is an issue of a small hot water heater or something else, but with any more than 6 people in the house you will have to cycle showers. Even so, this is a property that is high on our list. Without a doubt we would stay there again.
