This large two bedroom + loft, which has the space of a 3 bedroom, comfortably accommodates 8 guests and is perfect for friends or family. It features a spacious living room and separate dining area, both with beautiful views of historic town of Breckenridge. The kitchen has brand new granite countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances!The decor warmly integrates the Rocky Mountain Style with all the comforts of home. Cable TV with DVD player, books, games and a CD/Radio with I-Pod connection provide hours of fun and entertainment.

During the winter season, begin your ski day early by riding the gondola located across the street. After a day on the mountain, take the 4 O'Clock Ski Run and the Skiway Skyway to the bottom of the mountain, which is just a short walk to the entrance of your condo. Warm up instantly by the gas fireplace in the living room or visit the outdoor hot tubs to rejuvenate and relax at the end of the day.

In the summer, soak up the mountain sunshine while you enjoy the Ski Hill heated swimming pool. Take a thrilling ride on the alpine slide, listen to the orchestra, bike the riverwalk or mountain trails or play a round of golf at the award winning Jack Nicklaus designed 27 hole Breckenridge Golf Course.

Year Round, you can shop and dine in historic downtown Breckenridge, only one block away from your Ski Hill Condo. If you are interested in seeing more of the area, you can hop on the free county wide Summit Stage Shuttle, which stops just outside Ski Hill Condos giving you access to the entire resort plus the neighboring towns and three other Rocky Mountain Ski Resorts.
