Although located at the south end of town, this property was nevertheless conveniently located as all of the Main Street shops and restaurants were within an easy walk. The multi-use recreation path was also nearby. The unit itself was large and well furnished, with lots of natural light. The west-facing views and private hot tub are worth a little extra money. If you have mobility issues, you might prefer a first floor unit, as the elevator to the 3rd floor puts you about four steps up from the corridor where 303W is located. This was not a problem for my group. The management company was great to work with. As a veteran VRBO user, it was a great to book through ClearStay.

The whole process of the rental was very easy. The condo is in walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Our only complaint was that it was very warm outside and there did not seem to be any air conditioning. This was not a problem the family room, dining room, kitchen and uo stairs bedroom because you can just open the windows. However, the 2 downstairs bedroom windows open to the walkway to the condo and cannot be left open without people being able to look in.

Had a great experience. Very clean condo, nice and private rooms with excellent amenities (flat screen TVs, full kitchen, comfy furniture). Beds in bunk room could be a little better for sleeping more adults. Spent a lot of time in the private hot tub overlooking the mountains. Great location to ski hill and main street.

We thought the Corral Unit we stayed in was wonderful! Very clean, quiet, and located in a great area of town. We walked/hiked everywhere for three days and hardly ever used the car. We went in the summer, so not sure how convenient it is for skiers, but I'm sure there's a lift somewhere nearby.

Good location on south side of Breckenridge and very short walk to main street. Unit is a bit outdated and worn but overall very functional. We had three adults and three kids staying and the layout worked great for our group.

Myself and everyone that I went with had a great time. The only thing that I can think of that needs to be upgraded is the stereo system. We just wanted to play our iPod threw it but it didn't have that option, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Over all it was one of the best vacations I have ever been on.

The temperature of the unit was difficult to control ~ with the heat off, remained very hot. One of the humidifiers was not working and the kitchen equipment was in poor condition and limited. The bed linens were adequate, but the condition of the pillows was poor. The hot tub was in great condition however, very clean and a welcome addition. I would look for another unit in the future.

It really was perfect. We had family members meet from Nebraska and had plenty of room, clean and great local. I don't think I could think of a way it could have been better. Except maybe more snow!

Our family's favorite condo in Summit County! We have stayed in many over the years! Great views, location and very spacious. Our only complaints are tiny TV with difficult to operate remote. Also, hot tub is missing jets and has difficult to open cover.
