Tucked away next to the river on the south end of Breckenridge, sits this wonderful large townhome with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, vacationing at this Pine Creek townhome makes it easy to understand why Breckenridge is considered the “perfect little mountain town”.
Entering the unit from your own private garage you will find a hallway leading you to a bedroom equipped with a queen bed and its very own full bath. Off this bedroom you will find a private deck with your very own hot tub. A full private laundry is in the hallway.

Heading upstairs, you will find a lovely wide-open kitchen looking over the huge living area. A pleasant dining area has a dining table big enough to feed an army… we don’t want anyone to go hungry. You can enjoy your favorite shows or DVD's on the 42 inch HDTV, with the crackle of a beautiful gas fireplace in the background. Feel like grilling up dinner for everyone? Not to worry this unit comes with a gas grill that has plenty of room for steaks, hot dogs, and veggie burgers.

Continue up the stairs from the living area you will walk up to 2 more bedrooms.
