Multi-level townhouse: enjoy this freshly painted, nicely decorated, well lit townhouse, with a private heated garage complete with ski racks and benches for easy and convenient storage in the winter. Garage leads to steps up to the living area, which features a wood burning fireplace, and L-shaped sofa with queen bed pull out, a new flat panel LCD TV and a private patio with views of the mountain. There is even wireless Internet. Up another flight of stairs is the dining area (with seating for 6), a breakfast bar with 3 stools and a well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, including a wide mouth toaster (for bagels), coffee maker, microwave, oven, fridge and dishwasher. Just off the kitchen is a full laundry room.

Master bedroom with private bath. Freshly painted master bedroom features a new king size bed with a Simmons Beautyrest mattress. New curtains across the 6’ sliding door, which opens up to a private balcony, with views of the mountain. The private bathroom is just steps away, down a hall with a large closet with built in shelving. Relax in bed and watch the LCD flat panel TV or listen to the Sharper Image DVD/stereo system.

Second bedroom with private bathroom: Features all new beds. Two twin beds and a captain’s bunk bed (full mattress on bottom, twin up top) with Serta Sleeper mattresses equip the 2nd bedroom. Also, featured is a wall mounted LCD flat panel TV with a built-in DVD player and a bathroom right off the bedroom.

Winterpoint #20 is walking distance from the Four O’clock Ski Run across Four O’clock Road and just a short walk to the Snowflake Lift. It is just 1½ blocks from Main Street. The grocery store is just ¼ mile away and the nearest liquor store is just down the hill. Also within walking distance is a new pool facility with a heated indoor/outdoor pool and 3 hot tubs.
