The Powder Ridge condominium is just a short walk or ride the free town shuttle to the slopes, shopping and all the hotspots. It is also right next to Carter Park and the sledding hill. Enjoy the Town Park, tennis courts in the summer, or the "sledding Hill", right outside your door in the winter.

Within this cozy unit, there are two Queen beds, a new Queen sofa sleeper and also a private balcony. This condo also comes equipped with a wood burning fireplace, private deck, brand new living room furniture, new flat screen TV, VCR, full kitchen & bar area with just added new granite countertops and new appliances, onsite laundry and access to a hot tub. Both bathrooms have been updated this summer with new tile, new vanities and sinks, all new hardware and new lights. A nice condo for a great price.
