Conveniently located on Columbine Road, Mountainwood is a 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift and ski school on Peak 9. Another block will take you to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street in Breckenridge. Enjoy seasonal access to the Columbine indoor/outdoor hot tubs or outdoor heated pool after a hard day of skiing, shopping, biking or hiking. Elevator accessed through the underground parking garage. This top floor unit in Mountainwood offers a great combination of Breckenridge location and value.
The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath, with a private deck that has fantastic views of the Breckenridge ski resort. Second bedroom also has a queen bed and a twin bed and shares a hallway bath. Additional twin rollaway in closet. Sleeps max 6 people.
The unit has a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has Sony LCD TV/ DVD and gas.
Guests have access to the central laundry facilities on premises, Columbine Clubhouse, and access to the free Breckenridge shuttle. Non-smoking.
One assigned underground parking in garage.
Seasonal shared pool & hot tub use. No access between Easter to July 1 and from October to Thanksgiving.

Stayed for 3 days in February, 2013 If you are looking for a place that is close to the ski lift and close to town, the location is perfect! The property itself was old, smelt stuffy and the furniture was dirty. We don't spend too much time in condos when we travel anyway, because the whole reason we came to Breck was to ski and see the town. But the dingy, dirty state of this condo was all the more reason to spend less time in it. I would recommend the location, but not this particular condo. Generally clean, with some minor exceptions on upholstery and bedding. Galley style kitchen is very functional, the only flaw was that stove drip pans do not fit properly so burners aren't level, but they do work ok. Bathrooms clean and well stocked with supplies. Top floor condo with vaulted ceilings gives airy feel. Checking and checkout were briskly efficient. Short walk to downtown area over Blue River. A delightful condo in a picturesque mountain town.
