Park Place condominiums offer premier location. Located on the corner of Park Avenue and Four O'Clock Road, these units are close to the lifts and a short stroll to Main Street. After a day on the slopes, guests can ski down Four O'clock run and walk through the parking lots back to the unit. This unit has a private balcony, newly remodeled, fully stocked kitchen, separate dining area, in-unit washer/dryer and living room with gas fireplace, TV/DVD. Two on-site outdoor hot tubs and access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub are included.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed and private bath. Second bedroom has two twin beds with private bath. Sleeper sofa in living room, sleeps 7 people maximum.
Complimentary WIFI access in unit.
There is access to covered parking on a first come first served basis. The free shuttle around town and to the slopes stops just across the street from the complex making Park Place a convenient location for summer or winter activities. Non-smoking. Approximately 1200 sq. ft.
Seasonal shared pool & hot tub use. No access between Easter to July 1 and from October to Thanksgiving.

Great Location, bit outdated Andrew D. from Yorktown, VA recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in February, 2013 We didn't have too many issues with our summit rental. Some of the beds and furniture were a bit outdated. A lack of frying pans was a bit of a nuisance. The location to Peak 8 was awesome, a very short walk to the bus stop which offered about a 30 second bus ride to the snowflake lift. Ski out access less than a block from our condo. Great location but had issues A guest from Franktown, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2013 Lots of noise from third floor, really squeaky so I don't know that it was the fault of the occupants, also didn't like that the heat in main area was only fireplace. Many of the dishes in cupboards were dirty, maybe dishwasher needs to be replaced? Love location and ability to walk to town and to gondola. The bus to the lifts goes from right across the road and the 4 o'clock run finishes less than a block away. Less than 5 mins walk to Main st even in heavy snow! There was plenty of parking and the apartment was great. Loads of room for our group of four. We rented 2012 Demo skis from the shop beneath the office for $25/day which is the best price I have seen in Colorado. Overall, great location, great price! Nice property as long as the upstairs tenants are not there. Tammy C. from Minneapolis, MN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2011 We were really happy with the location and overall the property was fine. The biggest issue was that the condo above us E303 was very noisey. The tenants were not noisey per se, but you could tell that the floor boards needed work. We could hear literally every footstep! We could hear them get OUT of bed and walk to the bathroom, back to bed, etc. It was very, very disruptive and as a result of that alone, I will not recommend this particular unit to anyone nor will I stay there again. I told the staff at Summit upon check out but they didn't seem to care. I don't think E303 is one of their rentals. I wish someone would contact the owners of both this unit and that one, and get this resolved. It was BAD. I was very surprised as it seemed the construction was solid but apparently not in E303.
