Spring Ski Escape Mitch D. from Sioux, SD recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in April, 2013 The best thing about this condo is the location. It is only a very short walk to the gondola at Breckenridge. The property itself is a little dated so you won't be wowed when you walk in. The twin beds are a little short for me (I'm 5'11). Plenty of utensils in the kitchen to cook with. Nice living room area as there is an HDTV to watch movies or hook up an XBOX/PS3. Little balcony gets you some fresh air. Parking underneath is secure and easy to access. Hot tub, sauna, and pool facilities are nice. I would stay there again if the price was right. If I had money to blow, however, I'd probably look for a ski in/out or something a little ritzier. Hope this helps! Stayed for 5 days in January, 2011 This was our 5th time out to Summit County but our first time "upgrading" to a condo in Breck rather than a hotel in Frisco. It was worth it! We had a group of 6 people and being just 4 blocks from the Breck gondola was awesome - we could all come and go as we wanted to, no waiting around. The Longbranch property is not brand new but it has the amenities and comforts needed for a group of 20-somethings to have a great time snowboarding!
