Unit Description:
Units are a quick shuttle ride to the Quicksilver Lift at Peak 9 or the Gondola to access the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Units offer spacious living and dining areas as well as a full kitchen. Condos feature a flat screen TV as well as a covered walk out deck to take in surrounding views of the town.

Overall Property Description:
Park Place offers a premier location with ski-in and shuttle-out access, and a short stroll to Main Street. In November 2008, Park Place completed a beautiful exterior remodel with new windows, front doors and deck railings. Each unit is equipped with a washer and dryer, balcony, fireplace, and an outdoor covered parking space. Two on-site outdoor hot tubs with fire pit and easy access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub are included. Please note guests must check-in at 505 S. Main Street, Breckenridge CO 80424. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Please note that the Upper Village Pool opens on May 27, 2016. Please note there is a 7 percent resort fee, calculated from the total stay amount.
