Trails End is a fantastic complex less than 50 yards from Breck?s Lower Lehman Run, Qucksilver Superchair and ski school. Trails End 208 is one of the nicest ski-in, ski-out units in this popular complex. Recently updated, it?s open and spacious, and features a balcony overlooking a peaceful stream. There?s a full kitchen to make apr├Ęs ski snacks or a gourmet meal, and you can easily ski in for a quick lunch and be back on the Quicksilver Superchair in minutes.

I had never stayed at this Trails End before. Very convenient to Peak 9 and pretty much a ski out location. Very good value and easy to get to Main Street. I would definitely go back. We had trouble getting up from Denver due to late season storm but the staff at Summit Rentals was great. Thanks

Truly ski in ski out property. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a decent meal. Hot tub is a big plus.

Apart from a few maintenance issues (temperamental screen doors) and fairly old carpeting and furniture, this was a decent condo in a truly great location. The kitchen could benefit from a few more amenities, but the bathroom was clearly renovated recently and was great. Comfortable king-sized bed too!

The location of this condo is perfect, you can ski home for lunch and it is just a quick walk to the Quicksilver lift. However the unit itself needs major upgrades. The fireplace Did not look functional and had a end table pressed up against it. One of the pillows from the couch had burn marks from the stove on it too. Could not breathe in the condo due to poor heating system- way too dry. Kitchen appliances need major upgrade, took a long time just to boil water! Also there were someone's shirt and socks left under the bed. Carpets need to be replaced.

You can't get better than Trails End for location: ski-in, ski-out and a 2 minute walk into town. Appliances/kitchen definitely need a refresh but the unit was in good shape otherwise and the property management company was very professional and easy to deal with.

The property was clean and had a nice flat screen but the owner skimps on the water heater, which is set to just above lukewarm so it has sufficient water. The bed was also rock hard and the pots and pans where in horrible condition. The internet in this building is also incredibly slow. It take 3 minutes for a simple page to load. Other than that the location and view are great. Lots of storage space. If this owner spends a little money, the place would be awesome!

The rental gal was awesome in getting us set up, however she made the property sound like it was brand new. Upon getting there we found it old. ( I guess it was a brand new property for them to lease) anyway the bathroom sink was stopped up and the shower had a hole in the wall that looked like a first grader had repaired it. We also did not have a fan or AC and it was HOT. Other than that it was ok

The owner is doing a remodel of the bathroom to make this a step above unit. As you probly realize AC here is rare because of our normally cooler temperatures.
