All good but for the bed and the pool A guest from Denver, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2012 Overall a good experience though we were disappointed that the property doesn't really have a pool appropriate for poolside activities. The description should be modified to explain that the pool is mostly indoors and there is no sun deck. Also, the bed in this unit was as hard as a rock and made for less than ideal sleeping conditions. #2306 Shivano A guest from Tampa, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in January, 2012 Rental company SMR is okay at best. They didn't have the keys ready when we arrived, then we get into the condo and the main TV did not work. When I called to ask for assistance I was told the serviceman was done for the day (it was ~6pm), and we'd have to wait until the morning. Eventually, we were able to figure out that the cable connection from the wall had been dislodged. The condo was clean with the exception of dirty utensils, which we washed again before using. The biggest negative to the condo was the bed. I think sleeping on plywood would have been more comfortable. Location is excellent to Peak 9. Property Manager Response: Response from Summit Mountain Rentals We are sorry your experience with us not up to standards. We strive to be the best for every visit. I did see that your keys were not ready at arrival, I am sorry about that. I have reviewed the situation with the staff and this was a one off mistake by one of the front desk staff. It is my understanding that it took 5 minutes to get the keys made. I am sorry about the wait. It sounds like a lot of little things were not up to snuff. Next time you come to Breckenridge, please call me personally, I will make sure you get a great deal and that all is ready for your arrival.
