BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This three bedroom, two bath, 1,400 square foot home sits on 20 very private acres of meadows and large cottonwood groves. A short walk - a couple hundred yards or so - through the property takes you to the Gallatin River which borders the east end of the property. The house has an open design with large windows to take in the peaceful surroundings, wildlife and a view of the Bridger Mountains in the distance.
GENERAL LOCATION: The home is located about 10 miles from downtown Bozeman. Bozeman?s Gallatin Field airport is about a 20 minute drive from the home.
