BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This home is located on a very private hillside overlooking the Trail Creek drainage between Bozeman and the Paradise Valley. There are 240 acres to explore, with two ponds that help to attract the abundance of wildlife in the area.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS: The house has one bedroom plus a bonus sleeping space and two full bathrooms. The master suite is very luxurious with a king size bed, seating area with cozy couches, a large screen television, and a woodstove in the corner for added warmth. There is a large private bathroom for the master suite, with a wonderful Japanese style soaking tub. The other sleeping space in the main house has a double bed and a private bathroom.

LIVING ROOM AND DINING AREA: The spacious living area is all very open between the living room, dining area, and kitchen. It's a great space! There is plenty of seating with multiple sofas and chairs comfortably arranged. The dining area has a large table or choose to sit at the large counter bar and enjoy your meals.

KITCHEN: This is a huge, gourmet kitchen, sure to please any chef! The kitchen has top of the line appliances and all the extras. All the cookware and serving ware you will need is provided; even a spice cabinet!

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The home has a great patio area with a hot tub for evening stargazing -- make sure to go out on a clear night and have a look during your stay! There is a gas grill and outdoor seating available for those outdoor meals.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY: Besides hiking and mountain biking right out your front door, there is fishing, horseback riding, golf, skiing, tours of Yellowstone National Park, and more! The towns of Livingston, Gardiner and Bozeman have an amazing array of shops and restaurants as well.

CLOSEST TOWN AND AIRPORT: It's about 20 miles to Livingston and the Paradise Valley, 18 miles to Bozeman and 25 miles to Bozeman's Gallatin Field airport. Yellowstone National Park is just over an hour away.
