Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation, notice must be given via email or in writing to: Holiday Vacation Rentals, 6789 S. Lakeshore Dr., Harbor Springs, Michigan 49740. If a reservation is cancelled sixty-one (61) days prior to the arrival date, one hundred (100) percent of the rental amount, less the reservation fee of $45 and a $150 cancellation fee will be refunded. If cancelled between thirty-one (31) days and sixty (60) days prior to arrival date, fifty percent (50) of rental amount, less the reservation fee and the cancellation fee will be refunded. If a reservation is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the arrival date, and if the property is re-rented for the original rental amount, one hundred (100) percent of the rental amountpaid, less the reservation and cancellation fees will be refunded.
