Der Ferienort Blokhus hat eine gute Auswahl an Läden und Gaststätten. Nur etwa 30 Autominuten weiter liegt der grössere Ort Løkken mit weiteren Geschäften und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Abstecher nach Lønstrup lohnt sich, um dort die vielen Werkstätten der Kunsthandwerker zu besuchen. Das Aquarium Nordsø Oceanariet ist ebenfalls einen Ausflug wert. Ganz im Norden Dänemarks findet man den alten Badeort Skagen, der mit seinen gelben Häuschen und hübschen Gassen auch heute noch sehr beliebt und angesagt ist. Hier gibt es u.a. eine versandete Kirche aber auch viele hübsche Läden für einen Einkaufsbummel zu entdecken.
