The 1300 sq. ft. deck is optimally situated to enjoy the incredible views and "outdoor living". The oversize spa tub is conveniently located on a sunken/private second tier of the deck (open year-round). There are 4 bedrooms (all downstairs) and 2 full bathrooms (1 up/1 down) with a sleeping capacity of 10 (2-Queens & 6 Singles). Two bedrooms have queen beds. The third bedroom has two-2 twin beds. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds (four-4 twin beds). The home has a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences. Other amenities include a flat screen high definition television, DVD / VCR, wireless internet access (mid-June thru Labor Day), game table, stainless steel outdoor grill, washer/dryer and 4 bicycles. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 The screen door for the sliding glass door was stored in the garage. i tried to put i on but it was broken. we couldn't open the slider in the evening to cool down the house because of the bugs that would come in. the fridge did not get very cold. just cold enough to keep things from spoiling. upstairs toilet flushing needs some attention. The floors really squeak. you can hear every step taken upstairs when you are down stairs. You could even hear the the squeak on the upstairs baby monitor that was being picked up by the downstairs monitor. i wouldn't stay at this house again. The screen door, toilet and related problem-s will be addressed before the next guest arrives. The squeaky floor is something that is going to be addressed this off-season; most guests don't find it overly bothersome. As most reviews support, this home has always been very favorably reviewed. Only entry to main floor is outside stairs (in picture) and long interior staircase from garage. If stairs are an issue this is not for you! Sleeps 10 in downstairs "cave" but the upstairs living area is really set up for 6. This would not be an issue in good weather as the decks are expansive.
