access to the terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the Western Jutland
nature. In the bathroom you will find the sauna. The area surrounding Blåvand
offers a lot of activities. Nature is an attraction itself. Take a walk in the
preserved area of Skallingen (peninsula). In Blåvand you can play mini golf,
bowling, visit the candle foundry or the candy shop. The beach is always worth
a visit for grown-ups and kids alike for both swimming or just long walks or
sun bathing. Blåvandshuk is the western most point of Denmark and the 39 m tall
lighthouse gives the area a special look. From the top of Blåvand lighthouse
you have an amazing view of the area, and in clear weather you can even see the
worlds largest windmill park at Horns Rev. There is an exhibition of the park
located at the bottom of the lighthouse.
