Blåvand town with restaurants, supermarkets and shopping opportunities is a few
minutes walk from the house. The kilometre long sand beach is close to the
house and sometimes you can hear the waves when you sit at the terrace. This is
an excellent starting point for excursions to the many attractions on the west
coast of Jutland. Visit the Legoland amusement
park or Givskud Zoo, which has a safari route, where you can bring your own car
and drive through the savannah zones and the lion enclosure. They are both
within ca. 1 hour drive from the house.
