Holiday cottage located at the end of a
closed road. The house has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with
bunk beds for two. Large kitchen and living room with a dining area. There is
only five minutes walk to the child-friendly Hvidbjerg beach if you follow the
trails. In opposite direction you will find the town with a lot of shops on the
main street. In the summer there are several musical arrangements in the town. The
house is ca. 10 km from an 18 holes golf course. A sight worth visiting is
Legoland ca. 1 hours drive from the house. Legoland has amusements for the
entire family where you can spend all day looking at the houses and building
built in Lego bricks, take rids on the small train or try the roller coaster or
exploring the pirate country. Ribe, Denmark’s oldest
surviving city is worth a visit. Its Viking Museum, which covers the period from year 700 to
1500, is especially recommended. The St. Catherine’s Church and Abbey were
founded in 1228 by Dominican friars and is one of Denmark’s best preserved
abbeys. Ribe’s City Council dates from 1496. The magnificent Cathedral lies in
the centre of the historic town.
