located only a few minutes walk from the outstanding kilometre long white sandy
beach, worth exploring by foot. Here you can find amber in the sand. The house
is furnished in a Scandinavian style. The living room has a wood-burning stove
and a flat screen TV. All bedrooms have wardrobes with plenty of storage room.
There is a wellness section provided with a whirlpool, a steam bath and a
sauna. The well-furnished kitchen/diner opens on to a terrace with an outdoor
kitchen. Blåvand is truly a paradise, bound to create the perfect holiday
atmosphere. The kilometre long white
sandy beach, good restaurants, often with live music, a flourishing commercial
life at all seasons, a candle foundry, art galleries, a candy factory, a water
park, a bowling centre and many more make Blåvand a highly coveted holiday
destination. The area offers furthermore several golf courses and Put and Take
lakes. This countryside is inhabited by Denmark’s
largest population of red deer,
often seen at close range at twilight. Blåvandshuk, the western most point of
Denmark, offers a spectacular view from the 39 metres high lighthouse to the
world’s largest offshore wind park. For further interest, visit the exhibition
next door. This is an
excellent starting point for excursions to the many attractions on the west coast
of Jutland. Visit the Legoland amusement park
or Givskud Zoo, which has a safari route, where you can bring your own car and
drive through the savannah zones and the lion enclosure. They are both within
ca. 1 hours drive from the house.
