Grizzly Ridge is a new development on Upper Snow Pines. This chalet is the first to be completed and is the left hand side of the building. The development has excellent ski-in ski-out access via Serwa's ski run.

Set above Snow Pine Way this part of the duplex has been decorated to a high standard and is set in one of the quieter parts of Big White. The property has 3 bedrooms, loft and a double garage.

As you enter the property you are welcomed into a warm, light and airy home. The entrance hall has slate floor and plenty of hanging space for coats. Stairs take you up to the living and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances with granite counter tops and hardwood floors. The breakfast bar has two stools for guest to sit and keep the "chef" company!

Once into the living room you are welcomed with large picture windows giving views out to the valley and mountains beyond. The living area is furnished with plenty of comfy sofas, ideal for relaxing after a hard day on the slopes. There is a 43" wall mounted TV/DVD in the living room and a wood fire. The dining area has a high square table to seat 8.

Bedroom 1 is just off the kitchen and has a double bed and closet space. Bedroom 2 again, just off the kitchen has a single over double bunk.

A set of stairs take you up to the loft area, which is furnished with a queen sofa bed and a rocking chair.

The master bedroom is on the same floor as the loft and is a beautiful, well designed room and a place to retreat to. A king bed, mahogany wood cabinets, bedside tables, a couple of arm chairs set round a gas fire place and a private balcony. There is an en-suite bathroom with 2 basins and steam shower.

Large picture windows look out to the valley and mountains beyond. Ski in, ski-out access is directly onto Serwas ski run at the back of the property.
