A charming family townhouse with fantastic ski in and ski out, absolutely no walking involved. From the back door ski down to 3 chairlifts & popping home for lunch is completely hassle free. After a day on slope soak in the private hot tub with a view.
Silver Tip Landing is located at the end of Snow Pines Way, pass under the snow bridge with Sewra's green run crossing over head. # 5 is on the left hand side, 3rd duplex. It is a beautiful development, complimenting it's environment with its soaring stripped down tree trunks for posts.
The ski-out access is from the back door, step onto Sewra's (a green run from the top of the mountain) and take a minute ride to 3 chairs lifts. Ski-in access just after crossing the ski bridge on the right hand side.
To get to the village center there is a pretty lit walking path (groomed by the snow cats every evening) that will take 15 minutes or you can catch the Big White Shuttle. The bus stop is located at the top Snow Pines Crescent, a 5 minute walk from Silver Tip Landing.
Parking is available for one car in the heated garage and one under cover beside the garage, otherwise extra cars will need to park in Happy Valley. Enter via the front door or the internal garage door into a hallway with heated slate floor, large built in closet with plenty of hanging space for coats, plus a convenient half bathroom to the right of the front door. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range/hob and gas oven, sink has a small window overlooking the adjacent duplex. Center island makes a large work surface and breakfast bar.
