3 br Big White Condo

Silver Tip Landing is located at the end of Snow Pines Way, pass under the snow bridge with Serwa's green run crossing over head. # 6 is on the right hand side, 3rd duplex. It is a beautiful development, complimenting it's environment with its soaring stripped down tree trunks for posts.

The ski-out access is from the back door, step onto Sewra's (a green run from the top of the mountain) and take a minute ride to 3 chairs lifts. Ski-in access just after crossing the ski bridge on the right hand side.

To get to the village center there is a pretty lit walking path (groomed by the snow cats every evening) that will take 15 minutes or you can catch the Big White Shuttle. The bus stop is located at the top Snow Pines Crescent, a 5 minute walk from Silver Tip Landing.

Parking is available for one car in the heated garage and one under cover beside the garage, otherwise extra cars will need to park in Happy Valley. Enter via the front door or the internal garage door into a hallway with heated slate floor, large built in closet with plenty of hanging space for coats, plus a convenient half bathroom to the left of the front door.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range/hob and electric oven, sink has a small window overlooking the adjacent duplex. Center island makes a large work surface and breakfast bar. Wood cabinetry, granite work surfaces and slate tile splash back and slate tile flooring makes for a warm inviting kitchen to work in. Between the balcony doors and the kitchen is a large oblong table with 6 chairs, and 2 bar chairs at the breakfast bar. The other side of the living room is the spacious lounge area with picture windows over looking the ski run, trees and mountains beyond. A slate clad corner gas fire place with 27" TV and DVD player sits in the corner and a fabric covered three seat sofa and love seat and a basket full of board games are set round the gas fire. Step onto the balcony with private hot tub and fantastic peaceful views of trees and mountains.

To right of internal garage door, carpeted steps lead down to the bedrooms and bathrooms. At foot of the stairs is the shared bathroom, a full suite with bath tub, shower overhead and shower curtain and heated slate floor. Next door is 3rd bedroom with 2 twin/single beds or can be made into a king bed, chest of draws, built in closet and small window, which does get covered by snow. A closet with stacking washing machine and dryer followed by on the left, 2nd bedroom with single over a double bunk, chest of draws with 20" TV on top, large built in cupboard and 2 windows, one overlooking the deck and ski run, the other to the side. The master bedroom is at the front with one large window overlooking the ski run, it has a queen bed, chest of draws with 20" TV and DVD player, private bathroom with a full suite of bath tub with shower over head and shower curtain and heated slated floors.

At the end of the passage is the back door and access to ski run.

Silver tip 6 A guest from West Kelowna, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in January, 2013 Thank you for giving us a chance to review our experience with you. The staff were easy to work with although it is very frustrating that you call and get a random person each time you call. We were told we could get an early checkin and got in at about 4:00 as the normal checkin time. The house smelled horrific when we arrived although was clean. We sprayed febreeze all through the house just to get rid of the smell. Also the hot tub was a little dirty. When trying to sit in it we could feel a buildup of dirt on the seats. Real Ski in / Ski out A guest from Surrey, BC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 6 days in December, 2010 We really enjoyed these accommodations. There was an easy ski in and ski out off of the Serwa run (a green run) right out our back door. It is a spacious condo with all the living space on one floor and the bedrooms below. Big White is a great family resort with good learn to ski program for both adults and children. Our family truly enjoyed this vacation. Great location, furniture quality and maintenance lacking. Phil G. from Richland, WA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2009 Upon arrival - the satelite TV was not operating properly (only allowing one channel), the kitchen was not clean - and no songes or twels or dish soap for washing in the sind. The table that was broken last year when we stayed in the same unit was now just missing. The broken chair I reported last year was still there, still broken. Less lights were burnt out this year, only the hallway upstairs was completely dark. The unit location is excellnat, but the maintenance is lacking and the furniture is worn out. Even after calling prior to arrival to verify the lights and TV, these items were not adressed either by the owner or the manager. If lightbulbs are an issue, as they seem to be, at least have some spares in the unit so they can be replaced without a 24 hour wait.
