The large master bath has a jetted tub and a separate shower with a rainwater showerhead. Upstairs there are two bedrooms; one has a queen size canopy bed, and the other equipped with two sets of bunk beds. Each of these second story rooms have a bench at the window, providing a great place to sit and take in the mountain views. These two rooms share a bath in the hall with a tub/shower combo. In the walkout basement there are two additional bedrooms, each with king size beds. There are two baths on this level, one with a tub/shower combo and the other with a stall shower. There is also a sofa bed in the office.
KITCHEN: The kitchen has high-end appliances and granite counter tops. You?ll find all the amenities you need to prepare meals for a large group, including a 6-burner GE Monogram stove, an oversized refrigerator and a large harvest sink. There is a large gas grill just outside on the deck. Access to the garage and full laundry room are just down the hall.
DINING AREA: The dining room sits 12 guests with extra seating at the bar for 4 more. In the summer, there is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy your meals from the deck.
LIVING ROOM: The living room is in the center of the house helping to create the warm and inviting feeling of the home. When you enter through the front door, you'll find yourself in an open living area with large windows and great views towards Lone Peak. The living area has a wood burning fireplace, two large sofas, and a TV with satellite and a DVD player. There are two additional chairs at the window, which is a great spot to do some reading or enjoy conversation. In the corner of the living area there is a wet bar for entertaining. You can access two separate decks from the living room.
GAME ROOM: The large lower level game room has a billiards table, foosball, and seating for watching TV. There is a gas fireplace, a great collection of DVD?s, and a variety of books and board games. You can access the hot tub and the very private back lawn from this room.
