Our vacation apartment was originally constructed in 1905 and has been totally renovated at the end of 2008. It is located in the authentic Berlin neighborhood "Steglitz/Friedenau". Traffic-calming measures provide for a relaxed rest. U-Bahn station (U9) Walther-Schreiber-Platz and S-Bahn station Feuerbachstraße (S1) are within a walking distance as well as one of the biggest shopping miles of Berlin. The apartment sleeps up to 4 persons, has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and a small balcony., key advantages: nice apartment, centrally located within Berlin, close to shopping and public transportation, fully equipped kitchen, has a breakfast nook, clean, well furnished, very comfortable, makes you feel at home, bright and inviting, The unit is conveniently located close to the downtown area of Berlin-Steglitz, Walking distance into downtown Berlin-Steglitz is only 15 minutes, There is also additional street parking available for this object,

The cozy kitchen in country style can accommodate 4 persons and is modern (induction stove, dishwasher, oven, espresso machine, coffee machine, kettle, etc.).
The bathroom has a shower and a toilet and sink. It is modern. Here shiny pearly mosaic tiles compete with black slate. We currently offer hand made natural soap, too.
Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed (160 cm), a large couch, a desk and a flat screen TV (82 inches).
Bedroom 2 is equipped with two single beds (85 cm), a dressing table and an old stove. From here you go out to the small balcony.
