The apartment is on the second floor of a classic Berlin apartment building and can accommodate 1 to 4 persons (max. 5). It has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and a living room with separate sleeping area. Additionally, it offers a spacious second bedroom level, which extends across the width of the living room. The apartment is fully furnished and newly built and is non-smoking
The 2008 newly built and furnished apartment is located on the 2nd Floor of the main house of a classic Berlin residential house and can accommodate 2xBIS 4 persons (max. 5). The apartment has central heating, TV / audio system with cable channels are also part of the equipment as a cordless telephone, wireless Internet access, separate kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) and has a table for 2. The sleeping area with twin beds is from the rest room shielded by a room divider. The bright living room is divided into a living area and a sleeping area. The living area consists of a large dining table for 4-6 people and a cozy seating area with sofa and chairs and a small desk for your laptop. Furthermore, a large second bedroom with twin plane for 2 to 3 people.The modern bathroom has a combined shower / bath, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and first aid bag.

In the immediate neighbourhood of the apartment you can find shops and a number of Restaurants and pubs; worth mentioning are the restaurant „Promo“ with its French cuisine and sunday brunch and the popular Californian restaurant "Nola's" with an opulent brunch, as well, and Deck-Chairs on the terrace.
Or you'll use the relaxing green walking path along the river Spree, and within 10 minutes you'll comfortably reach S-Bahn station Bellevue (main line West-East; next station: Hauptbahnhof = Main station) or go on walking for some more minutes along the river to get to the main station and the government buildings.
Just 20 minutes’ pleasant walk will take you either through Tiergarten to the zoo or along the river bank footpath to the government quarter, Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag.
If you'd like to walk towards the western centre of Berlin, turn right behind Hansa bridge, and after a couple of minutes you'll be at S- Bahn station Tiergarten (another possibility to take the S-Bahn, of course). On the other side of the street you will see the edge of the Tiergarten, Berlin's large central park, offering you many small and wide paths to lead you gently to numerous targets in the city centre (e.g.: Kurfürstendamm and Tauentzienstraße) or to pleasant spots (lakes, beer-gardens etc.) in the middle of the park.
