Each apartment offers a harmonious blend of modern convenience and personal charm, our equipment meets the latest standards. Ranging in size between 670 and 720 square feet (60 and 65 square meters), all apartments are generously proportioned and feature one bedroom with a double, a living room with TV and a sofa bed, a modern kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a spacious balcony with a panoramic view on the village of Biberbach and the green valley (by the way: "Impressions "shows including pictures from this panoramic view).
The site has a beautiful garden with 1800 square yards (1500 square meters) and can be used for a barbecue, sunbathing or as “playroom” for kids. The apartments on the 1st and 2nd floor are accessible through a staircase. There is no elevator (e.g. for wheelchair users). Pets are allowed on request only. To ensure the comfort of our non-smoking guests, smoking is permitted only on the balconies.
At your request, a local bakery provides you every day with fresh pastries and diferent types of German bread as well as newspapers until 8:00 am in the morning (or by appointment).

From the A9 : if you come from the south, "Denkendorf" or "Altmühltal / Kinding" if you come from the north: "Greding" / drive in each direction "Beilngries". Once in Beilngries go towards "Neumarkt" until you reach the "Biberbach" junction.
By train: The nearest station is your "Kinding (Altmühltal)". This is a new ICE line between Nuremberg and Ingolstadt and is approximately 10 minutes drive away from the house.
