Location
On the west coast of Phuket and north of some of the busier holiday spots, is Bang Tao and Surin with associated glorious tropical beaches. These are within a short distance of Diamond Villa 407 and provide excellent days out. Closer to hand are the restaurant and spa facilities of the complex, and well under a kilometre up the road is a shopping village with a Tesco supermarket, Boots the chemist, McDonalds, pizza and coffee shops. The famous Laguna Phuket Golf Club is also nearby.

Bedroom Description
Of the three bedrooms, one has a double bed in an elegant master suite with large patio doors opening up into the garden, and the other two have twin beds in equally stunning bedrooms.

Bathroom Description
The bathrooms feature cradle-shaped wash hand basins on top of granite countertops below extra-large flat mirrors mounted on the wall. There are two full size bathtubs in very modern and elegant bathrooms.

Dining Room Description
A sturdy modern dining table in wood, with six matching chairs takes care of the formal dining in the open plan living area, but there are always the BBQs on the roof terrace to add variety to your meals in paradise.

Kitchen Description
The modern elegant kitchen features granite worktops above light wood fitted cabinets with all your holiday culinary needs and more. There is a built-in oven below the stovetops with stainless steel extractor above. There is also a dishwasher to take care of the washing-up and a large fridge/freezer for the freshest of produce and chilled drinks.

Living room Description
The living area has a three-piece wicker lounge suite overlooking a matching coffee table with glass top. A flat screen TV has all the international channels and a speaker system. The atmosphere is greatly enhanced by opening up the large patio doors completely, to bring the outdoors in where you can relax in the tropical breezes and admire the beauty of the garden and pool at their best.

15% deposit No Refund
56 to 62 days 75% of monies paid excepting deposit
42 to 55 days 50% of monies paid excepting deposit
35 to 41 days 25% of monies paid excepting deposit
28 to 34 days 10% of monies paid excepting deposit
27 days or less no refund can be applied.
Again please ensure you have adequate travel insurance cover.

It is extremely unlikely this would ever be the case due to the number of properties we own/manage, however, we reserve the right to find you alternative accommodation similar to that booked or refund all monies paid. Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 20% booking deposit required, 30% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.

The properties are approximately 90 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Pickup can be arranged for up to 8 people in luxury minibus with their luggage for 2600 Baht each way or taxi at 2000 Baht.
