Villa Tomei is a characteristic two-story historical villa surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps 21 people. From Villa Tomei you will enjoy a broad view of the forest that surrounds the estate and of the hills. Villa Tomei is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden and winter heating.
You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Bagnoregio, where you will find restaurants and a grocery store. You will reach Villa Tomei from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Tomei you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Villa Tomei is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, two deck chairs and sun loungers. It is partly shaded by a roof and by trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue.
First Apartment, Bottom FloorLiving Room 1
You will be able to enter the first living room from the garden climbing six steps. The floor is paved with ancient terracotta tiles. The furnishings include a sofa and a divan bed for one guest. There is a big fireplace made of stone. The room has a window.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the first living room. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The furnishings include two armchairs.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. The ceiling of the kitchen has characteristic exposed wood beams. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches).
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor. Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet). You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the garden climbing five steps. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the garden.
Bedroom 5
You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom from the fourth bedroom. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). Bathroom 3
The third bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the fourth bedroom. Third Apartment, Top FloorLiving Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the garden along an external stairway, climbing 16 steps. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. There is an age-old fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. The room has a window with a view of the garden.
Living Room 3
You will be able to enter the third living room from the second living room. The furnishings include a sofa and a divan bed for one guest. In this room you will find a satellite television.
Bedroom 6 - a pass-through room with en-suite bathroom
Important notice: members of your party will need to walk through this bedroom to reach the seventh bedroom and. You will be able to enter the sixth bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a bathtub.

You will be able to enter the nineth bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand.
