Casa Renza D is a welcoming one-story apartment surrounded by the vegetation. It sleeps four people. From Casa Renza D you will enjoy a splendid view of the Chianti hills and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Renza D is 75 square meters (810 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, a shared garden and winter heating.
You will be approximately 700 meters (770 yards) from Badia Agnano, where you will find the shops and the stop for the local bus. You will find the closest restaurant at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles).
Casa Renza D is located on the first floor of an ancient farmhouse. You will reach it going up a stairway which consists of approximately 14 steps.
To stay at Casa Renza D you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space.

Villa Tosca and Casa Renza apartments are part of a small complex of holiday houses made up of three buildings. One of the building is Villa Tosca, while in the other two buildings there are five apartments.

The three buildings, that were originally three ancient farmhouses, have been tastefully restored. The structure and the large spaces of the ancient-times Tuscan country houses have been kept intact.

The buildings are surrounded by four hectares (10 acres) of land and by the vegetation and the peace of the gentle Tuscan hills. All around, from any point of the garden, your sight will be able to wander free over an uninterrupted horizon of hills, covered here and there by the neat rows of Chianti vines, or by the silver-green leaves of the olive trees, or by the dark green of the oak woods.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, from 1.40 meter (4.6 feet) to 1.7 meters (5.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a view of the Chianti hills and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from mid-May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is partly shaded by century-old oak trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a characteristic view of the Chianti hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine and a clothes dryer at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).  Terrace
The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the Chianti hills and of the surrounding countryside.
Living Room
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloping. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). There is a big fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. There is also an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has a roof window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is sloping and has an height of 1.30 meters (4.2 feet) at its lowest point. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two high windows. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is sloping and has an height of 1.30 meters (4.2 feet) at its lowest point. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. The room has a roof window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
