Resort: Internationally famous spa with three natural, local cure factors: therme, bog (mud-bath) and the climate in the Hinterberger valley in Salzkammergut. Salzburg 95 km. There are also thermal indoor swimming pools and open-air swimming pools additionally to the spa centre. Tennis courts (indoor and outdoor) and a squash hall. Cosy traditional evenings and cafes. There is also a childs club for the younger children during the holidays.

Resort in Summer: A number of possibilities for rambling in the mountain world as well as flower-herbs and moor ramblings. Boat trips, rafting, sports fishing, bicycle hire, mountain bike, riding, horse-drawn sleigh rides.

Resort in Winter: The 6 km ski area of Tauplitzalm has a gondola, 3 chair lifts and 8 ski lifts, 44 km of ski runs, ski school and ski kindergarten. Also famous for 180-km cross-country ski trails and 15 km altitude trail are (national teams train here). Backcountry skiing, sleigh rides.
