The home features an open-plan kitchen with a six-person breakfast bar, gas stove-top and griddle, Smeg convection wall oven, side by side fridge/freezer, and silent Asko dishwasher; a dining room with a huge stone fireplace and a century old round dining table that comfortably seats up to 10 people, along with a kid's condo in the corner (a 2 story playhouse built just for little kids); a large living roomfeaturing a second huge stone fireplace, along with a games area, office area, and more. The house comes equipped with games, fishing rods, badminton and volleyball equipment, baseball mitts and an assortment of other sporting equipment, hammocks, an antique piano and much, much more! Situated on a hill overlooking the lake, the house is surrounded by an all season wraparound veranda, terraced lawns, a volleyball court across from the front door and a badminton court out back. The property offers tremendous and rare space, privacy and freedom, for adults, kids and pets alike. The lake can be reached on foot, bike, golf cart or by car, along a private grassy road or a stone staircase, each leading through the woods. This property offers something for everyone, of every age. It is a magical place, ideal for multi-generational family gatherings, corporate retreats, and private weddings.
