In the house: washing machine. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at 50 m. Grocers 200 m, supermarket 13 km, restaurant, bus stop 200 m. Ski lift 300 m, chair lift 1.3 km, ski school 1.3 km, children's ski school 1.3 km, cross-country ski trail 1.3 km. Please note: car essential. Suitable for families. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The house is built out of untreated wood. Lake with shingle beach at Brienz, 13 km.

Sep. WC. Balcony, north facing position, large patio. Barbecue, deck chairs (2). Panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: logs (free). Please note: non-smokers only. The bunk beds are only suitable for children.
