This third floor (top floor) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Ute Condominium unit features mountain views, one private off street parking space, a wood burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a stackable washer and dryer, a dining area for 5, DirecTV (Standard Package) with a DVD player (in all there are three LCD tv's throughout), free wifi internet, and 2 iPod clock radio docking systems. Bedding in this unit is a queen bed in the master bedroom and one queen bed and one double bed in the second bedroom.
