Adequate and great location Reviewed by: A guest recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2012 The location of this house is the best thing about it. Walk to Blue Lake and to the Blue Lake Springs pool or the golf course pool. You have access to both but there's an additional charge--you can find access cards in the laundry room if Century 21 doesn't leave for you. House fairly clean but old and some dishes and surfaces were not clean. The deck feels like it's going to fall apart, unfortunately, or we would have used it more. It was very convenient to both Sequoia Woods and Snowflake Lodge. The grounds were huge and gave our grandchildren a place to play ball and have fun. The place is perfect for a family of 10 - 12. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2012 When I rented the property I made the realator aware that we were planning our wedding reception at the house and how many people were to be present. We were in the middle of our dinner with guests when the real estate office called to question what we were doing and why there were so many people present. There was someone on the property Friday, through Sunday, running a diesel truck and I am pretty sure a chain saw. I rented the property for the quiet mountain ambiance and privacy, not noise and spying. The house was not properly cleaned, there were cobwebs in the kitchen and dirt on the walls behind the sink. When I ran the dish washer the water, food and dirt backwashed into the sink. The one mattress cover had yellow stains on it. Overall I was not happy with my stay. The neglected cabin in the mountains A guest from Stockton, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2011 There were many things not up to par about the house. The place was clean on the top but not under anything. It was a disappointment for my family. I would not stay there again and would certaninly not recommend it to anyone. I gave a list of things that needed to be fixed to the realty co. I feel we left the house in much better shape than we found it.
