ALL CABINS HAVE A STANDARD REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT, A HOUSEKEEPING CHARGE AND 6% CALAVERAS COUNTY TAX IN ADDITION TO THE RENT. 3 Night Minimum; Dec 16 - Jan 3. This cabin has 3 Bedrooms. 1st bedroom is upstairs in large loft area with a King size bed, a twin fouton, and a baby crib, 2nd bedroom is downstairs and has a queen size bed. Third Bedroom is downstairs and has a queen size bed. Large recreation room with sofa and pool table. Extra pads and sleeping bags are available for use. Pullout sofa in the living room. Charcoal BBQ, 3 TV's/ VCR/DVD/Cable. Wonderful Deck. Books, dart board, tennis rackets for use at recreation center and central heat. Sequoia Woods Country club membership as well as Blue Lake Springs Membership. Good access, Sleeps 8, linens are provided.
