This warm home has the perfect feel and private setting for your favorite vacation destination.

This comfortable cottage in the forest has 2 bedrooms, a large loft and 2 baths. With 1500+ square feet this home can accomodate up to 10 of your closest friends and family.

The large wrap around deck has plenty of seating for your outdoor BBQ. You can enjoy your feast while looking through the thick trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air. Inside there's something for everyone; a piano (for those musically inclined), fully stocked kitchen or find a good book on the shelf and relax by the fireplace. All will have fun in the loft with a foosball table and board games! You can even bring your dog along! (for a small additional fee.)

This home has access to FLY IN ACRES LAKE! A beautiful private lake near by, where you can enjoy laying out in the sun or splashing around in the water!

This home is also just minutes from world renowned Big Big Trees State of some of the largest and most beautiful Redwood and Sequoia Trees, numerous hiking trails, high Sierra Lakes, not to mention the spectacular award winning wineries to explore in Murphys. There is something for everyone to enjoy at The Taylors Cottage. And of course Bear Valley Ski Resort is just a short drive away!

Stayed for 3 days in February, 2013
Taylor's Cottage was lovely and cozy. The location, in Blue Lake Springs, was a 40 minute drive to Bear. The kitchen and the bedrooms are small, and so don't book this place if you're a group of big people! We had two families - nine people total. If all the kids were teens, the living space would be tight.

Cabin was very accommodating for two families. We had 4 adults and 6 kids. We wish the wifi worked a little better and cell coverage. It was pretty spotty. Also wish the cable had more was simply basic cable. No satellite here. Beds were comfy and the heater and wood burning stove kept us warm.
