The family was very happy and we all settled in. The girls loved the loft! We had a great time in the area - lots to do and lots of fun. The staff was very helpful and professional. John the property manager was so helpful and really went out of his way to make our stay great-even put us in a different cabin because the roads weren't safe to drive on with our new baby. Mary the housekeeper was equally fantastic. She called us twice during our stay just to check in and see if we had all we needed, and made a special trip to the cabin to bring a special supply. This cabin was very clean and decorated tastefully. Great views out the windows in the living room. We have rented through other agencies before, but never will again. We felt like this company truly wanted our stay to be special and did all they could to make that possible. Thanks again John and Mary. Arnold cabin review A guest from Oakland, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2009 Hello, Overall we had a nice stay. The amenities in the kitchen were excellent - she has every implement you need. We don't have dogs so the two dirty kennels in the loft freaked me out and we moved them outside. The kitchen counter was not totally clean nor the dining table. The agent thought there would be some type of sled for our use but there wasn't. Then we were told that the rental agency prob. had something we could use but you were closed when we went to the office. Bought sleds at the Ace for little money but still..The DVD/VCR player up in the loft was broken. Loved the fireplace! kept us nice and toasty. I really like the area and will probably rent again but maybe not that particular cabin.
