Jimtown is a summer community of approximately 20 seasonal cottages and 10 full-time residences; the community is located on the north shore of Nova Scotia on the Northumberland Strait. It is approximately 12 kilometers from the town of Antigonish, the home of St. Francis Xavier University and St. Martha’s Regional Hospital.

Jimtown is a quiet, family-oriented, summer-cottage community; 77 Mackie’s Lane is located at the end of a private lane – just 300 feet from one of the two private community beaches in the community.

The cottage is rented weekly July and August from Friday 4:00 pm to Friday 11:00 am.
May, June, September and October rental is from Sunday 4:00 pm to Sunday 11:00 am.
