The large living area has a fireplace, cable TV and a VCR, two comfortable sofas and two recliners. The kitchen has all major appliances. The dining table seats 6 with additional seating for 4 on stools at the kitchen counter. The master bedroom is on the second floor. It has a queen bed and a TV with cable. There is a full master bathroom. The remaining bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a TV with cable.The home has a 2-car garage and a full-size washer and dryer.There is an additional fee of $250 for use of the hot tub.

Kokopelli is excellent and the house is in the perfect Location Reviewed by: Michael D. recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2012 53 Alta Rd. is a great address in Angel Fire. The location is just a few blocks from the slopes and town amenities. Kokopelli does a great job at preparing the house and providing the guest with all the necessary details. The house is designed perfectly for two families with children. The layout is such that everyone has a little space. The kitchen is modern and the bedrooms are large. The negatives on the house are the hot water heater provides about 15 minutes of hot water, which is not enough if you have 8 people coming off the slopes and ready for a hot shower. We would literally would have to do showers every hour after the hot water replenished. One other area for improvement would be the mattresses - they are way past their life expectancy. With those exceptions, we were very happy with the house and kokopelli and look forward to coming back to Angel Fire using a kokopelli rental.
