This 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home is located on Royal Avenue, approximately 10 minutes from the base of the ski area. Four-wheel drive is required to reach this home in winter. This house will comfortably sleep up to 12 people. This is a two level home.This is a two-story home with the entry, living room, dining room, kitchen, and two bedrooms located on the first floor. The living room has large windows and a patio door leading to the deck which features great views of the Moreno Valley and surrounding mountains. The living room is furnished with a sofa and loveseat. There is a wood-burning fireplace and a TV with satellite and DVD player. The kitchen is complete with all major appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a table that seats 8, with additional seating for 2 on stools at the kitchen counter. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, satellite TV, and a full master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is a second full bathroom located near this bedroom but also convenient to the living room.Upstairs is a large loft, plus the third and fourth bedrooms and the third full bathroom. The loft has a TV with VCR/DVD player, a sofa, and a twin-size daybed with a trundle which can be pulled from underneath. The third bedroom has a twin-size trundle bed. The fourth bedroom has 2 double-size beds. The full bathroom is just off the loft and is convenient to both upstairs bedrooms. This home has a full-size washer and dryer.

Top of the Mountain A guest from San Antonio, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2013 This house was perfect for our two families traveling together. The upstairs with 2 bedrooms and a loft area worked great for kids while the adults could stay downstairs in the other 2 bedrooms. The house is a good 10-minute drive up the mountain. At first that just seemed far away, but it actually worked great. The huge open area in the back of the house had snow on the ground even when the temps hit the high 40s and low 50s. Kids were able to play in the snow after a full day of skiing. Great set-up for kids and adults alike. Very very nice home and location! Terrible water heater capacity! Mitchell G. from Midland, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2013 Our stay in this home was nearly a dream. Should have known we were in for a few issues when the fireplace glass fell out due to some screws missing on railing. The water heaters capacity is terrible, we stayed three nights and it was wakeful trying to space out showers. The only 5 adults could shower within 6 hrs was if we didn't use the washing machine or wash dishes.
