This is a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home located on Sunset Overlook. A private trail through the back yard provides direct access to the Headin' Home ski trail. Due to the mountainside location, four-wheel drive is required to reach this home in winter. The house sleeps a maximum of 10 people. This is a three level home.On the main level of the home is the living room, dining room, kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms. The living room has 2 new double-size sleeper sofas and matching loveseat, a wood burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, satellite dish, and DVD player. Patio doors provide access to a large deck with a hot tub and gorgeous views of Wheeler Peak. The kitchen is complete with all major appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a table that seats 8. There is additional seating for 5 on stools at the kitchen counter. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level. Each of these two bedrooms has a twin bed as well as a bunk bed that is a double on the bottom and a twin on top. Upstairs is a loft with beautiful views from the large windows and a twin-size day bed. The master bedroom is on this level. It has a queen-size bed and satellite TV. There is a full master bathroom with 2 sinks. Downstairs from the main level is a fourth bedroom with a queen size bed and a 3/4 bathroom. There is also a game room with a double-size sleeper sofa, a foosball table, Bowflex machine, a bar, stereo with CD player and a sauna. There is a full-size washer and dryer in home.There is an additional fee of $250 for use of the hot tub.

Stayed for 5 days in March, 2013 The property had the necessary rooms, beds, etc. for our needs and the price but the kitchen was so small, the photos on the web make the entire place look bigger. Also, no garage or place to put gear when you come in so with skiing you walk into the kitchen from the slopes. NEEDS mud room! Furnishings a bit scrappy. Also, would've liked info on the correct way to reach the slopes (we walked the long way the first day, and discovered the "ski in" route the second day). HO 17 A guest from Dallas, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 6 days in December, 2011 I was very very disappointed in the property.It was older than the pictures looked. The bathrooms were dirty. the linens were not of very good quality. the microwave didnt work. the driveway was not accessible. the trail to the slope was not accessible. Location was the only good thing. I spent way too much money for the home. very disappointed.
