There is a full bathroom on this floor.Downstairs from the main level is the family room with a queen sleeper sofa and a full bathroom.Upstairs is the third floor with a semi-open loft above the living room with a vanity nook and full bathroom. There is a king bed, satellite TV, and outside balcony on this floor. There is a full-size washer and dryer in this home.

Couple of problems with house is no use of patio at house. There was no way to turn the lights on to enjoy the second floor deck. There was no access to the light switch. Beautiful House and Place Francisco L. from Titular, Nuevo León recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2011 Exceeded our expectations!! The House is beautiful and like new, The Only problem was that we only had hot water for about 3 showers in a row. The House should have a diferent kind of water heater. The bathrooms door's handles don't lock the doors. But that's only to make it perfect.
